The daily habits for success [Personal Trainers]

Fitness Trainers – The daily habits for success to make more time!

I present this question to you: Can you relate to this? What are you currently doing that is a successful habit?

Gym, Personal Training, 6 am – 9 pm work days, Shower, Facebook, Blogging, Driving, makeup, Food prep???

Such as brushing your teeth, washing your hands or saying bless you after someone sneezes is an everyday habit you do, think back to when these habits were once not a habit but were taught to you to complete? Somehow these trained patterns are now seamlessly integrated into your everyday life. They are done at the unconscious level (without you needing to think about it).

The question is: How can we make our business, marketing and action items become a daily habit to increase our success??

As successful business owners, we need to start making daily habits to ensure our ongoing goals are met. These habits continue to achieve an outcome, BUT we need to go beyond that and make sure we make the time during the week to ensure we get the habit completed. This is how we get started!

First lets figure out exactly what we need to do every week to ensure we solidify our success and continue to grow.

Once you have a list of everything that you currently do, then answer the following;

  • How important is it? Can anyone else do it?
  • How much time do I need to complete the task?
  • Plan it and sketch it out.

TIP: Every hour and minute of your week need to be accountable towards a task or actionable item. Or we become an overworked, underpaid trainer.

  • Chunk tasks together
  • Solidify it into your online calendar
  • Use alerts and reminders to ensure you contribute to each item every day/week to make sure the items are completed.

What are some weekly habits for business success?

Personal Training, Online Training, Webinars, weekly meetings, weekly live events, gym time, bootcamps, personal exercise, food shopping, financials, phone calls, emails, social time, Facebook, chill out time, bed, personal development, personal improvement, travel time… just to name a few 🙂

As a successful business coach one of the most common excuses I hear on a daily basis is:

“I don’t have time.”

Yes, we are human, and some days we can be lazy… But it’s all about you, how badly do you want it, how much time are you going to spend doing it will determine if you really, truly want to reach your goals.

Remember: The only person stopping you is you!

I’ve always figured out that there 24 hours a day. You sleep six hours and have 18 hours left. Now, I know there are some of you out there that say well, wait a minute, I sleep eight hours or nine hours. Well, then, just sleep faster, I would recommend. ~ Arnold Schwarzenegger
